    I vote we give a pass to the author of the flier who didn't differentiate between Chief and Acting Chief. The intent and spirit seem more important than the details on this one.

    And really, isn't everyone "acting" a little bit when they show up for their job every day. Apparently, some employees are just more honest and display it in their job title.
